Our team will provide you with all the gear required for a rafting adventure. This includes:
Make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your trip begins! This gives you enough time to check-in, and get geared up. Our outpost is located at 4599 Highway 64 West Copperhill, TN 37317.
All rafters must be 12 or older. Remember, there are no exceptions and you wouldn’t want your kids to wait out while you raft.
All participants are required to sign a waiver before they embark on this trip. If you’re under the age of 18, you must get this waiver signed by your parents or legal guardians.
Need to cancel? Drop in your cancellation at least two weeks before your trip, and you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks, we’ll provide a voucher instead. Unfortunately, no vouchers or rescheduling are available within 48 hours of your trip.
You can also opt for Cancellation Insurance which gives you extra flexibility. You can cancel or reschedule before 12 PM the day before your trip and receive a full refund minus nonrefundable fees. Cancel at least one hour before your trip to get a voucher for the amount paid, minus fees.
Please note, that no refunds or vouchers are issued for no-shows or cancellations after 12 PM the day before.
Don’t worry about a little rain; it adds to the adventure! Rafting in the rain can be really fun. Plus, it often makes the scenery even more stunning with misty views around the river. We’ll ensure you’re geared up and safe, regardless of the weather.
Yes, it does happen sometimes, but it’s not as scary as it sounds! We’ll teach you everything you need to know before we hit the rapids, including what to do if you take an unexpected splash. Moreover, our guides are trained to handle such situations and get you back on the raft in no time.
Yes. We’ll shuttle you to the starting point of your trip on our comfy bus. Once the adventure wraps up, our bus will wait at the takeout to bring you back to your parked vehicle at our outpost.
Each raft can comfortably fit up to 6 rafters, plus one of our guides! So that’s 7 people in total, working together to take on the rapids.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets on the rafts or at the outpost. This is to make sure they stay safe and comfortable since the outpost area and the river isn’t suited for animals.
We’ve got changing rooms at the outpost where you can change back into dry clothes after your trip. Plus, there are showers available if you want to freshen up before heading out! Just remember to bring a towel and any toiletries you might need.
