Rafting & Ziplining Waiver

Liability Waiver:

Everyone who Rafts or Ziplines with RaftOne is required to sign a liability waiver before all activities at RaftOne to participate. Upon making your reservation, you will recieve a waiver link via email, which you can share and fill out for each person in your party. Parents must still sign online for anyone under the age of 18.

Anyone under 18 years old must also have a parent or guardian sign the waiver. If you are bringing a group to raft the Ocoee River, we recommend you download the waiver, make copies, and have everyone who is rafting in your group fill these out accordingly.

Make sure you check each one, and have the correct amount of waivers for your party. Having your waivers signed ahead of time greatly expedites your check-in, especially if you have a large group. Waivers are also available at the outpost to sign beforehand, please be sure the parent or guardian of anyone under 18 is present to sign as well.

Instructions:

Download the RaftOne Liability Waiver Adobe PDF to your computer. Using Adobe Acrobat print out as many waivers as you need.
Have everyone read the form carefully, sign, fill out date of birth, and dates of activities. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must also sign your waiver with you. Print your name and fill out the address portion legibly and completely. This is a legally binding document. Please read the waiver and release of liability carefully.
Bring all signed waivers with you to be turned in before your trip. You will need Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to download your waivers. If you don’t have it, you can download Acrobat Reader free at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
